Hoag Hospital in Philadelphia hospitalises two patients, one critically, another critically ill

A pediatric hospital in Philadelphia is under investigation for treating a patient who had multiple heart attacks and another who died of a heart attack, officials said.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, two patients at Hoag-McNeil Children’s Hospital were transported there on Monday after being admitted on Friday, and one of them was taken to a hospital for observation.

Officials at the hospital told reporters that the two patients had been treated at the intensive care unit.

According the Philadelphia Tribune, the children were treated for two heart attacks each and they were taken to the intensive-care unit.

A spokesperson for the hospital said that the hospital did not immediately respond to ABC News’ request for comment on the incidents.
