By Jessica FarrarThe Children’s Memorial Hospital of Jacksonville, Florida, has been named the 2018 Children’s Hospitals of the United States (CHSI) Children’s Children’s hospital of the year for a record four consecutive years, according to the CHSI website.
The hospital received the title in 2017 and is the only CHSI hospital to have won the title twice.
The hospital received more than 7.2 million visits in 2017, according the CHSI website.
This is the first time a CHSI children’s children’s hospitals has won the Childrens Hospital of, or Childrens Hospitals Award.
The CHSI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving children’s health and well-being through research, education, advocacy and clinical practice.
